This individual will provide support to both company and client. Web Developer to create a web interface for searching and presenting results for various structured and unstructured data holdings. Will be responsible for both creating new and integrating existing interfaces. Required knowledge and experience in JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, CSS, form processing and validation, DHTML, DOM, XML, JSP and 508 standards. Should also have experience in Macromedia Director and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs large complex application software for purchase or outside use by using high level programming languages C, SQLanywhere, Visual Basic, etc.

- Ability to structure and organize time for optimum efficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively to non-technical end-users

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in related discipline with 3-5 years of professional experience

This functional area consists of applying the engineering and scientific disciplines to perform technical analysis of, technically support development of or selection of hardware and computer software, or modification to existing hardware and software for systems, test facilities, or training facilities. This also consists of software engineering efforts and programming support required to technically support software implementation in systems, sub-systems, and components utilizing computers, electronics, and software. Planning, designing, coding, testing, integrating, supporting, and delivering algorithms, software (source code and executables), computer programs are the inherent activities of this functional area. Generally, the software development processes used for software development under this contract shall be, as a minimum, assessed at Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 3 or equivalent, however the Government may specify other (either lower or higher) standards in individual task orders issued under the contract.

- It is expected that this person will additionally provide time-lines and work flow diagrams for coding, implementation and delivery

Qualifications
- 6 8 years experience as a software analyst and/or application developer
- Must have proficiency in three of the following language programs: C++, Java, UNIX, SQL (Microsoft or Oracle), Perl, Linux, etc.
- Preference is for programmers having achieved at least CMM 3 certification
- Navy experience a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or electronic engineering from an accredited institution is required; lesser experience in negotiable with a Master’s degree in either discipline

Responsible for assisting in management, performance and completion of specific projects associated with a contract program in accordance with work statements. Persons interested in this position will be responsible for providing analytical and operations services to the client in accordance with contract standards. This functional area consists of applying engineering, scientific, and analytical disciplines to ensure that design of interactive systems are safer, more secure and easier to use thereby reducing accidents due to human error, increasing system integrity and enabling more efficient process operations. This functional area also includes applying engineering, scientific, and analytical disciplines to ensure that the number, type, mix, knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs), aptitudes and physical characteristics of operators, maintainers and support personnel have been defined and documented early in the system design phase.

- Establish human systems integration as a human-centered, systems engineering process that brings concern for the human as part of the design process
- Coordinating and providing support to appropriate personnel and engineering managers
- Assist in the identification of policies and procedures that unduly impede these initiatives
- Assist in the establishment of the Human Systems Integration program of the client
- Provide technical expertise, maintain communications and possibly provide this expertise to other organizations and projects of the client
- Additional personnel expertise will be beneficial in providing healthcare assistance by facilitating business practice change among the clinical and consumer project teams, system vendors and end users
- Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, benefits and compensation will be helpful in creating value through human systems integration strategies and programs
- Support and assistance for the requirements definitions, analysis, technical definitions, research, development, procurement, test, evaluation and support of new technology equipment, systems and methodologies for improvement in procurement systems of a large organization
- Provide support in the administration and management of personnel and work performed
- Assistance will be required in the directing and coordinating programs involving personnel while guiding their development of the systems and sub systems
- Assist in ensuring short and long range objectives are established and maintained through active involvement with engineering and support personnel within the R & D areas, establishing plans, budgets, schedule and resource requirement and identifying problem issues
- Provide assistance in utilizing external technical accomplishments and capabilities throughout the R & D community including federal and military agencies, international organizations, universities, contractors and vendors
- May be required to travel
