TMG employs the Quality Improvement Process management approach and is certified in this technique. Additionally, members of our team have been certified in similar disciplines such as Lean and Six Sigma.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control are the responsibility of the technical Project Lead. Each project has a set of standard operating procedures that dictate how this will be accomplished. Within those standard operating procedures, metrics and measurement devices for quality are established along with the regular performance reporting required by each task order. Quality reports are reviewed by the Project or Program Manager before the Government receives the final version. Random audits are conducted for accuracy of information and reporting.
