 William Green, former high level U.S. Customs official has over 40 years experience in the Customs, cargo transportation and aviation industry, including import and export cargo as well as passenger processing.  He is an authority of Customs topics such as the Importer Self-Assessment Compliance and the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism, Private and Commercial Aircraft matters, Bonded Warehouses, Anti-Dumping, Quotas, Free Trade Agreements (FTA), Export Licensing and World Trade Organization (WTO) issues.  As a service provider, he has provided client training to importers and exporters and other members of the trade.  He developed an import compliance suite for a leading internet company and has frequently testified before Congress.  He spearheaded various complex international Customs agreements and has worked on numerous international issues, such as implementing an Internal Affairs office for the Republic of Ireland, trained Burma officers in anti-narcotic smuggling techniques, provided compliance training for Korean officers and has performed IT related consulting to the government of Egypt.  He is also an adjunct college professor, holds a B.S. Degree, a Department of Defense Secret Clearance, a New York State Teaching license as well as a Private Investigator license in Virginia.  He is Chairman of the Washington Airports Cargo Association and former President of the Dulles Rotary Club.
