|  Vice President of Development and Chief Learning Officer, Dennis Humphrey has worked in the training and development field for over 18 years. His expertise includes Instructional Design, Technical Course Development, Customer Service Performance, Leadership Development, Human Resource Management and Technical Writing. He has maintained senior management positions in the semiconductor industry, telecommunications and network manufacturing industries. His accomplishments include having been co-owner of Computer Training Wheels, Inc. which specialized in software applications training. In 1993, Dennis was awarded the WIC (Women in Cable) award for the "Best Training Delivery Program." He received his Associate Degree in Computer Science from Solano Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 1988 from University of Phoenix, and a Masters of Science in Organizational Development in 2000 from Benedictine University.
